Our cocktail lounge classroom has a wide assortment of glasses. mixing equipment, blendees and hundreds of liquor bottles. THE ART OF BARTENDING HAS THE LARGEST INSTRUCTIONAL BAR IN THE STATE.SIX STUDENTS CAN MIX SIMULTANEOUSLY.

During the program you will learn about Micro Brew, Imported, and Domestic Beers.
We stock over 70 different bottles of Imported and Domestic beers. Equally important we will show you how to change kegs, draft beer and do "Black and Tans". This knowledge is crucial when you start bartending.
